Shipping policy

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for order fulfillment before your package ships.

 Shipping & Delivery

  • We use reliable carriers to deliver your order directly to the provided shipping address.
  • Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you. We do not require a signature on delivery and are not liable for damage or theft after delivery.
  • Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier and are estimated; exact dates cannot be guaranteed. 

Handmade & Limited Edition Products

Coconut Bowls & Brass Spoons: Each item is handmade with natural variations in size, shape, and finish. Slight differences or rustic marks are part of their unique charm.
Limited Edition Bamboo Pyjamas: Our pyjama sets are crafted from ultra-soft bamboo and packaged with extra care to ensure hygiene and quality. Because these are intimate wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.
Other Products (Bamboo Straws, Glassware, etc): All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping.

International Shipping, Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional tariffs or regulatory charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or refund these charges.
  • Customs clearance may delay delivery; we are not responsible for customs delays or lack of notification from postal authorities.
  • Orders may be refused or returned if customs fees are unpaid; we do not accept returns or reshipments for parcels rejected by customs.
  • Please check your country’s import policies and tariff regulations before ordering.

Incorrect or Uncollected Shipments

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at support@twincoast.ca. If the order has already shipped, address changes or rerouting are not possible, and any reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to uncollected deliveries or incorrect addresses.
  • If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or carrier first before contacting us.
