Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Why don’t we accept returns?

Hygiene & safety: Our wooden bowls, brass spoons, and custom bamboo pyjamas are intimate or food-contact products that cannot be resold once used or returned.

Limited edition & small batch: Many of our items are limited edition or handmade, making restocking and resale impossible.

Quality assurance: We carefully inspect and package every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@twincoast.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
